Here is how it works: As you progress through the various stages of life, whether it is to move to a larger home, or to downsize to a smaller home, Minto will assist with your search for a new home within a Minto community. What’s more, with this future home, you will also benefit by receiving an amount equal to 1/2% of the purchase price* to be used towards options and upgrades.
