New Customer Care Centres coming to a community near you!

We are currently in the process of implementing a major change to our Customer Care Department, that will allow us to be more responsive to our customers. We are planning to open customer care centres in our three flagship communities, to serve the needs of our homeowners throughout their warranty period.

We will begin with the Avalon Customer Care Centre, that will open on May 1st, 2008, and will serve all east-end communities, such as Avalon, Spectra and Chapel Hill. On September 2nd, 2008 we plan to open customer care centres in Chapman Mills and Morgan's Grant to serve our west and south-end communities.

This is just one more initiative Minto is taking to provide our customers with exceptional customer experiences, every day, in every way.

Avalon Designer Decorate Showhomes now Open!

Our new designer decorated showhomes are now open in Avalon. Six singles, four townhomes and two terrace homes with bold designs and exciting new features can be viewed by visiting our new sales centre at 204 Monaco Place. We look forward to your visit!

Chapman Mills Designer Decorated Showhomes now Open!

More designer decorated showhomes are now open in Chapman Mills. Eight singles with bold designs and exciting new features, part of our much-anticipated new designs from our Luxe collection, Signature Series and Signature Classics. They can be viewed by visiting our new sales centre at 796 Clearbrook Drive. We look forward to your visit!

Bell Service in Minto Communities

Minto Communities Inc. recently received notification from Bell that it has decided not to extend its wire line network within certain Minto communities in the City of Ottawa.  As a result, some new homes within these communities will not have Bell Services available to them.  In light of this, we can confirm that Rogers is fully prepared to provide: telephone, cable and internet service to every new home throughout Minto communities.
