Java Virtual Machine

The Mortgage Calculator and the Virtual Tours use Java technology. This may or may not have been installed with your operating sytem. You can download the latest version of the Virtual Machine from Sun Microsystems by clicking the image on the right.

Quicktime

The virtual tours on this site appear by default using Java technology. However, if you prefer you may also view them using Apple's Quicktime Media Player. Look for the links at the bottom of the tour windows for this option. If you wish to install the player you can obtain it from Apple's site by clicking on the image on the right.

Portable Document Format

Portable Document Format, commonly known as PDF, is a popular standard for providing downloadable documents because the viewer required to open them is free. Wherever you see the acronym PDF following a link on this site, clicking the link triggers a download that you can then save to your computer. You can download Adobe Reader by clicking the image on the right.
